Janis sold our house in record time for more than we anticipated. She was very confident in her research and answered all of our questions competently. Janis is highly professional and dealt with both big and small challenges with expert skill.

Janis was very understanding through the process in a very difficult situation. I know this is what she does, but in our instance she did it very well. Dealing with the other person in the transaction was what had to guide the sale and this was a most difficult person to deal with. Janis handled it well throughout. I'm not one to give 5 stars easily (I'd give 4.5 stars if I could), so the one point of differing opinion we had was it is likely that the sale price was too low. Janis had solid reasoning behind it - considering the other person in the sale, Janis felt that negotiations could be bad for the sale due to the other person's unwillingness to provide timely response and she likely was correct - but it was something that Janis and I differed on and, while I agreed to the sale price (and, to Janis point, the sale went smoothly as there was virtually no back and forth with the buyer), Janis knew that this was not my preference, so we kinda caved to the other person in the sale process. With that said and to reiterate, Janis is a very good person to have when working with difficult situation and I was glad to have her on our team

Janis was organized, efficient, and professional throughout the entire real estate process. I have had the opportunity to work with her selling a home and recently buying a home. This home purchase was my first purchase on my own (since my divorce). Janis was there for me throughout the entire process. She made herself available to address any of my concerns. I am impressed by her level of commitment to her clients. I have and will continue to refer my family and friends to Janis for any of their real estate needs.
