Kim went above and beyond to meet our needs as we were looking for our home. She understood our “midst-haves” and our desires in purchasing this property. She had several listings printed out for us and ready to go explore on a Sunday. She spent most of the day with us, giving us the attention we needed. Even at the end of our day, she got a last minute message that this house on Rich Ellen fell through and was available to view. We went and put an offer in that very night. Kim was very professional and knowledgeable as she would call others to answer questions that she was not familiar with.

I also had less than perfect credit and to be honest, had no faith that I'd be able to secure a home in the current market with my situation. Well, Kim proved me wrong. From the first moment we spoke, she went to work IMMEDIATELY, to include getting me in contact with a fabulous lender. I felt so comfortable and confident throughout the entire process once we connected with Kim. We viewed several homes, chose one, placed an offer, and had it accepted within a couple of weeks.
