Kara was always willing to work with any parameters I set for her and always spoke her mind about what the houses looked like when we did walk throughs. Kara was able to find problems with a lot of decent looking places, and rightfully so. From cosmetic damage to major issues, she was able to spot them and help me make a decision on a home I would truly enjoy and make my own.

Kara is the best realtor my family has ever met! Kara has sold us one home and listed and sold two homes for us, one of them being 2.5 hours away from her! When a tree went through the ceiling of our home a week before we were scheduled to close on its sale, Kara navigated communications with the buyers and their realtor so well that the closing was only postponed by about 3.5 weeks, so repairs could be completed on the home. When we had any questions or concerns, Kara was able to answer everything with certainty and always responded very quickly. We entered every negotiation with confidence knowing that Kara had our best interests as her utmost priority. I could not recommend working with Kara enough and truly believe you couldn’t find a better agent. The care and time that she takes with each interaction truly makes you feel like her only client, though that’s far from true! She really is awesome.

I met Kara Bind approximately 2 1/2 years ago at a vendor event. She had a warm and welcoming spirit. At the time I wasn’t looking to buy a home so I told her whenever I’m ready she’ll be the one I choose to help me. In April of this year I contacted her and told her I was ready. This lady jumped in with her whole being and went to work for me. After a few showings of existing homes I decided that I wanted new construction. She took the wheel and began the search. We looked at several options and decided on new construction in an upcoming subdivision. I didn’t have to worry about anything. She asked the questions and provided me with the answers. I was not familiar with real estate jargon so she was extremely helpful in that area. Mrs. Bond is truly an exceptional person to include her knowledge in real estate. I thoroughly appreciate her and would recommend her to anyone that is wanting to buy or sell a home. She made this experience not only less stressful but an eye opening experience as I learned so much from her. She was there to hold my hand during the closing process and has done several follow-up visits to ensure things are going well. Mrs. Bond has become a special person in my life since this journey. Kara was so helpful, patient, resourceful, and professional throughout this entire process of helping me purchase my first home. She's very easy to talk to, she was always available, and she made me feel like it wasn't only about closing the deal on her end. She was honest and that was the most important thing to me.
