Kara is the best realtor my family has ever met! Kara has sold us one home and listed and sold two homes for us, one of them being 2.5 hours away from her! When a tree went through the ceiling of our home a week before we were scheduled to close on its sale, Kara navigated communications with the buyers and their realtor so well that the closing was only postponed by about 3.5 weeks, so repairs could be completed on the home. When we had any questions or concerns, Kara was able to answer everything with certainty and always responded very quickly. I met Kara Bind approximately 2 1/2 years ago at a vendor event. She had a warm and welcoming spirit. At the time I wasn’t looking to buy a home so I told her whenever I’m ready she’ll be the one I choose to help me. In April of this year I contacted her and told her I was ready.
