I met Kara Bind approximately 2 1/2 years ago at a vendor event. She had a warm and welcoming spirit. At the time I wasn’t looking to buy a home so I told her whenever I’m ready she’ll be the one I choose to help me. In April of this year I contacted her and told her I was ready. This lady jumped in with her whole being and went to work for me. After a few showings of existing homes I decided that I wanted new construction. She took the wheel and began the search.
