I have known Jennifer for quite some time. When we finally decided we were ready to buy a house, we called her on short notice to put in our offer. She did it immediately without hesitation. The entire process was as smooth as could be. She ALWAYS answered our call or text, no matter the time or day. She made us feel like we were her only clients, though I knew we were not. Like most agents, she had a list of people for anything we might need inspected. She was very knowledgeable in the process and never once pressured us in any direction. Even when we thought we might have to walk away from our dream home, she was very enthusiastic about just asking the sellers for whatever we wanted. Other realtors I have dealt with in the past seem to not want to even try. Jennifer never made us feel like only she knew what was best for us. She made us feel like getting us the best deal on the house we really want was the most important thing. I would highly recommend her for anyone wanting that realtor who isn't afraid to ask for what her clients want.

I highly recommend Kim, if you need to sell your house or if you’re buying a home, you need to call Kim. She did both for us and we couldn’t be any more happier, because of her we are now next to our grandchildren. Kim was awesome! She was always on top of both the selling and buying process She has so much knowledge and experience to get the job done, and when we were selling, she knew exactly who to call for any repairs we needed, she also responds back very quickly and answered any and all questions we had. We cannot thank her enough for all the hard work and dedication she put into helping us sell our home and find our new one. The knowledge and experience she has is the best I have ever seen or heard of, she has not only helped us but has helped other family members as well, Kim was always positive and always said it will be fine, she was my crutch through this process because I was stressed the heck out and she kept telling us “it’s fine” and it was, she is just awesome Thank you so much Kim for all you did and thank you to her assistant Jennifer and sister Carrie

Kim was very knowledgeable with the real estate market and helped us arrive at an asking price that reflected home value vs "low balling" the price like other realtors we interviewed. Kim promptly started marketing our home and it sold within less than 48 hours. Buyers wanted a quick closing date and Kim successfully helped us navigate thru that process. I would highly recommend Kim.

I would like to thank Ms. Kara Bond for all her professionalism and assistance in helping my wife and I sale our home. She was great in given us the proper guidance and amazingly patient in the selling of our house. Went as far as staging it out with real furniture to show people how the home will look.
