Even in tough times, I have a proven history of "Making Dreams Become Reality" for Families. Because I really do take the time to understand my Client’s specific needs by being the "Listening Agent", the one who lets You tell me what Your needs and wants are. I always tell my Buyer Clients to "never give up hope" and because of this enthusiastic positivity, they have stayed with me until their Forever HOME was found and purchased! Now I am a member of their Family. Similarly for my Seller Clients, I go the few extra miles to make sure the marketing for their house is on point. Since each house is different, all listings should be treated as a separate, but equally important transaction. Teamwork, perseverance and some level of patience always pays off because the highest offer isn't always the best offer! I have had success weeding out these types of unrealistic offers, which reduces the stress for my sellers and an offer is eventually accepted. Success! I work very well with Clients who may have had a not-so-nice experience with previous agents. INCREDIBLE agent

I used Tamara as our buyer’s agent for a home in Georgia while living in Pennsylvania. She was attentive to my needs while also accommodating to my requests from afar. Don't miss out!

Tamara is a fantastic, hard working, agent who will be as sweet as can be for you but will also scrap and claw for every penny and allowance for you. She is knowledgeable about the market. She always knows where you can bend and not break. I relied on her to sell my home and then 2 years later buy my new one. She was there for us every step of the way. We could trust her with everything. If I were in the market again, I wouldn't hesitate to call her.

Helpful, Caring and Knowlegeable!

My husband and I met Tamara at an Open House. We had been looking for a home for over a year and were quite disheartened. Upon chatting with her, I knew we had met the right person to help us. In less then 6 months Tamara helped us find our home and did an amazing job negotiating on our behalf. We ended up with an amazing deal amidst the craziness of this market! She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate, mortgages, contractors, etc... I would recommend Tamara with the highest reference. Choose her, you'll be glad you did!
