Roger was a godsend to us! While most realtors like you to meet at their office for the initial meeting, that was not the case with Roger. He understood our busy life raising five kids so he offered to come to us. He showed up with a monitor and gave us a quick presentation then showed us numerous listings on the monitor and explained things to notice when looking at a listing. Needless to say, we were impressed. Roger continued to do this through Zoom weekly until we purchased our home. Since Roger has a background in renovating, it made him an asset when we viewed homes. Wow, all I can say is that Roger was very responsive, knowledgeable and a lot of FUN to work with! He immediately made me feel comfortable with the selling process and caring enough to constantly keeping me informed every step of the way. I was not very familiar at all regarding the whole selling process, marketing and negotiations with the many buyers, but he made sure I was educated on the various steps to finding the right buyer. He even volunteered and helped me prepare my house to get it ready to sell. He actually donated some of his personal time to help me do work inside and outside the house because he REALLY does know what buyers want to see and not want to see when looking at houses. What "Agent" does this for their clients? Not too many Im sure!! This is a Realtor that you should definitely have a conversation with.
