David Cabo and his team were amazing and reassuring during the entire process of selling our house. We were nervous because we had never sold a house before, but from the first email, David Cabo, his stagers, and his contractors took care of us. We made our decision to sell late in July, and wanted to get on the market before August. David persuaded his contractors to prepare our home in a very short time. Wow! We have never seen people work so hard. Because of David, for days, they were racing in and out of our home to do the flooring, install lighting, redo cabinetry, paint everything, etc. At the end, our home never looked so good - and the work was high quality. We will definitely come to them whenever we need home renovations. Then David personally negotiated with the cleaning crew to come out earlier than they expected. They made the house and the windows sparkling. Then, Cabo's stagers and photographers made our home look fabulous. We could not believe the results! We know the Cabo team is very busy, but we never felt neglected. He answered all of our queries speedily and even offered sage advice on renting. We cannot recommend David Cabo enough. And the best part of this process? We had many bids that resulted in a price far higher than we expected. Hooray!

Working with Thierry and his team was the best experience that we have ever had selling a home. Thierry made everything easy and was definately a calming presence at those times when I feel overwhelmed. He and his wife were both very active in the listing, providing staging (beautiful by the way) at no cost. As far as upgrades to sell, Thierry prioritized those things that would give us a return on our investment. And that worked beautifully. The home was sold in two days, for well over the asking price. We could not have asked for a better , more professional and overall nice guy to help us sell our home. His hands on approach to helping us get ready for the house selling was very welcome and not something that other realtors do. On top of it all Thierry made it fun. I don't even know where to begin this review! As crazy as it was to buy a condo during a pandemic, Tolga was on top of it. He was extremely honest with us - he definitely treated my family and I like his own. We had a really great experience working with Alyssa across the last year and a half. Beyond the skills you would expect in an agent (local knowledge, process guidance, negotiations), she was extremely patient and sensitive to our preferences and desires. And we were probably not always the easiest given we were first time buyers and had very specific tastes regarding neighborhood and style of house. Alyssa kept her eye out for promising leads and regularly sent ideas to us. Anytime we wanted to view a property, Alyssa would help get a visit set up immediately - plus she always joined us for those and gave a lot of very detailed feedback and advice on what she saw - both good and bad - with the property. That really helped because we never felt pressured. Once we found the right house for our family, Alyssa was so detailed and attentive during all phases of the buying process. We never felt like we were missing anything or falling behind. And there were a number of challenges we had to overcome with the buying process and Alyssa was awesome helping navigate those barriers.
