David Cabo

David Cabo and his team were amazing and reassuring during the entire process of selling our house. We were nervous because we had never sold a house before, but from the first email, David Cabo, his stagers, and his contractors took care of us. We made our decision to sell late in July, and wanted to get on the market before August. David persuaded his contractors to prepare our home in a very short time. Wow! We have never seen people work so hard. Because of David, for days, they were racing in and out of our home to do the flooring, install lighting, redo cabinetry, paint everything, etc. At the end, our home never looked so good - and the work was high quality. We will definitely come to them whenever we need home renovations. Then David personally negotiated with the cleaning crew to come out earlier than they expected. They made the house and the windows sparkling. Then, Cabo's stagers and photographers made our home look fabulous. We could not believe the results! We know the Cabo team is very busy, but we never felt neglected. He answered all of our queries speedily and even offered sage advice on renting. We cannot recommend David Cabo enough. And the best part of this process? We had many bids that resulted in a price far higher than we expected. Hooray!
