Working with Thierry and his team was the best experience that we have ever had selling a home. Thierry made everything easy and was definately a calming presence at those times when I feel overwhelmed. He and his wife were both very active in the listing, providing staging (beautiful by the way) at no cost. As far as upgrades to sell, Thierry prioritized those things that would give us a return on our investment. And that worked beautifully. The home was sold in two days, for well over the asking price. We could not have asked for a better , more professional and overall nice guy to help us sell our home. His hands on approach to helping us get ready for the house selling was very welcome and not something that other realtors do. On top of it all Thierry made it fun.
