•We were in the market for a vacation home in the Jupiter area. We were introduced to Dean Carter by a family member who lives in the Palm Beach Gardens area. Once we met Dean, we knew we were on the path to finding the perfect home. Dean listened and understood exactly what we were looking for. With the market as tough as it is, and inventory at an all-time low, Dean managed to find us a gem. We're out-of-state so Dean was kind enough to visit listings on our behalf, and provide photos, videos and a very detailed inspection of the space. There were no surprises! We purchased a beautiful town home in Jupiter and I think the only reason we were selected by the sellers, was because of Dean's negotiating skills and experience. Even after we closed, Dean has been so helpful with all of the post-purchase to-do's. We couldn't ask for a better agent. We are so thankful and appreciative. Any locals and out-of-towners looking to purchase property in the PBG/Jupiter area, we highly recommend you call Platinum Properties and ask for Dean Carter - you will not be disappointed!!!
