Dean is fantastic. My wife and I were somehow simultaneously very particular buyers but also had no idea what we wanted when we started the home buying process - Dean was very patient and helped us understand the entire market, pros, cons, etc. Dean is very knowledgeable of the entire process from start to finish. He pointed out construction defects, anticipated, and estimated future expenses. He knew the traffic patterns and lighting at different times of day everywhere we went and how that would impact lifestyle but also expenses. He knew the HOA's inside and out, what current costs would be but also how well funded HOA's were for the future. He told us no on a number of occasions where I believe other realtors would have just tried to sell whatever property they showed next... that builds a lot of trust! Once we finally purchased a home, Dean clearly articulated everything we could expect the rest of the way. Many of these things were well beyond his job; understanding the financing and closing process, what various documents were intended for, etc. He "quarterbacked" the entire process and collaborated with all the parties on our behalf so we did not feel alone in what can be an overwhelming process; insurance agents, title company, and mortgage underwriters to name a few. Bottom line, I knew Dean was very good at what he did before we started the home buying process and still ended up blown away by his knowledge, professionalism, and patience. In a profession full of pretenders, Dean is real deal - hire him!

We were in the market for a vacation home in the Jupiter area. We were introduced to Dean Carter by a family member who lives in the Palm Beach Gardens area. But, instead of making this review long winded and lengthy to read, I just want to tell you that Dean was incredibly amazing from every aspect to every step on our purchase. We met Dean over a year ago while looking for rental properties and both my wife and I decided from that awesome experience that he would be our agent when we decided to purchase in the Jupiter Florida area. The time came for us to select Dean and we did not hesitate, we knew that his expertise, knowledge and abilities were just what we needed. From A to Z, the burden he took off our shoulders to ensure everyone did their part was truly appreciated and worry free to us. From contract to amendments to inspections, to local suppliers, his abilities and can do attitude was exemplary! Dean's proximity to my home made sense but more so his sense of character and work ethic is what ultimately made me choose him. Dean went beyond his job description. He took a very hands on approach with getting my home ready for sale. By his own accord he purchased landscaping plants and mulch to beautify my property. He helped me with raised pavers and by cleaning out my AC lines when the unit was acting up some. He held two open houses resulting with a contract the day after the second one.
