We were in the market for a vacation home in the Jupiter area. We were introduced to Dean Carter by a family member who lives in the Palm Beach Gardens area. With the market as tough as it is, and inventory at an all-time low, Dean managed to find us a gem. We're out-of-state so Dean was kind enough to visit listings on our behalf, and provide photos, videos and a very detailed inspection of the space. There were no surprises! We purchased a beautiful town home in Jupiter and I think the only reason we were selected by the sellers, was because of Dean's negotiating skills and experience.
