Throughout the years Charlie kept in touch with cards and when it was time to sell a few years later I called Charlie. He helped us again with the sale of our first home and helped us find our forever home. I am not an easy client I acknowledge that, I am not use to be letting the reins go so to speak but Charlie was great. He was always available and listened to me every step of the way. It was a pleasure to work with Charlie. As a first time home purchaser, not knowing anything, he explained every step and questions I had. Referred really good lender and attorney as well. Even expedited some steps to make sure the closing is on time. He gave friendly tips for renovations too. Responses to all messages within couple hours at latest on any day.
