I had a great experience with Charlie as my buyers agent for a house in Rockland. I was buying from another state, and he went above and beyond, even taking countless videos for me and arranging for my family to view. He also gave great advice both for choosing places (he could point out the pros and cons really well) and for making an offer. I should have taken his advice for an offer I had earlier, and I am still kicking myself for it. He isn't pushy at all, which I really appreciated, and he was always respectful. I found a great place! I would go with his recommended attorney if you don't have one you already love. I went with one from my work's legal plan, and there were a lot of issues that I am sure wouldn't have happened with a better attorney. Definitely recommend Charlie. He knows his stuff. He made me feel like a VIP.

Herminia Florimon was always there available to answer all of my questions and was always available to show apartments any time I asked, no matter what time of day it was. She makes the apartment purchase as simple and successful as possible. I never felt pressured or forced to make an offer, and I finally found the perfect apartment. Jonathan went above and beyond in helping me buy and sell my home. He even was nice enough to install a smoke detector for me after the inspection noted one was needed. He was available at all times if I had any questions and really helped with the negotiations of the sale. I've already recommended him to one of my neighbors.

What can't I say about Charlie. He's one of the best realtor out there. We were fortunate enough to connect with Charlie and go all the way to closing our home. Words cannot adequately express our gratitude towards Charles. During times of turmoil, uncertainty and rapid economic changes, the ability to make sound decisions becomes impaired. However, my partner and I believe that Charles was wonderful and pivotal in keeping us grounded. It is easy to become emotional when purchasing a house, and making rash decisions with hundreds of thousands of dollars, and ending up with buyer’s remorse and bitterness towards a poor decision. Charles was excellent in breaking things down in regards to how our mortgage would be split, in addition to suspected general upkeep of our new home. We were never pressured, rushed, or pushed into something we weren’t comfortable with. Charles was always on our team, which is something you really need in today’s market. We experienced hiccups with loan officers, banks, attorneys and contractors…it however it didn’t really bother us, Charles was there every step of the way to explain things, make phone calls and re-assure us that things were alright and that he is taking care of things. If you are a first time buyer, or even a veteran of re-estate, we could not recommend anyone better! I never thought my husband and I would see the end of our torturous selling and buying of our old and new homes. It’s finally at an end and I am very pleased and happy to recommend Charles. Charlie is a good listener and makes an effort to understand what you need. He makes himself available when you need to see a property and communicates and keeps in touch with the sellers agent. He offers suggestions as to what could work for you and points out the condition, age, and how long items are expected to last. He is like having your own personal inspector. He was expedient presenting our offer to the seller, and when it was accepted he stayed on top of the loan process with his recommendations of the lawyer and bank. We plan to have Charlie for our sellers agent.
