During my more than 20 years working with buyers and sellers in lower Westchester and the Bronx I’ve gained a great deal of experience as a broker. I’ve seen a variety of market conditions; from fast paced seller’s markets, like today’s conditions due to Covid-19; to very difficult depressed conditions where sales were rare and many homeowners were in distress. Understanding the dynamics of the real estate market, I work to educate my clients and to be a valuable resource.
I’ve always had a great respect and connection to people older than myself. I appreciate their wisdom and enjoy hearing about their experiences, even more so now that I am growing older. That’s why I studied to become a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist. I wanted to help seniors as they take on the process of moving. My work with seniors has been very gratifying. It is a wonderful feeling when the process is complete and my clients are safe and happy in their new homes.
I’m also fortunate to have gained valuable experience working as a teacher in Yonkers Public Schools for over 20 years. One of my most important discoveries as an educator is that humans learn best when they know someone cares. When you love what you do your excitement and passion translates into dynamic results with who ever you are working with.
