Working with Charles was a wonderful experience for us. From the very beginning of our co-op search in Westchester, he was straightforward, honest, and incredibly patient. His years of experience really showed—he knew the neighborhoods inside and out and didn't hesitate to steer us away from areas that looked good on paper but wouldn’t have been a good fit for us. He helped us to focus on what mattered most for our new home and kept us within our budget. Charles guided us through every part of the homebuying process from looking for units and getting pre-certified to submitting offers and closing. He advised us on making a strong, realistic offer that ultimately landed us the perfect home and helped us craft an exceptional board package (the transfer agent even complimented it!). When we lost out on a place we loved earlier in the process, he made sure we didn’t lose hope. He supported us through the long mortgage process and helped us stay grounded when there were bumps in the road. Throughout this whole process, he made us feel seen, heard, and genuinely valued as more than just clients. Charles was consistently reachable, incredibly kind, and someone we could trust completely. LOOK NO FURTHER! My wife and I decided to unload some rental properties here in NYS. The search for a competent realtor can be daunting to say the least! After the vetting of many, Mr. Cinquemani caught our attention with his very personal, professional and insightful responses to our inquiries. It was obvious this agent actually had "time" for us and his investment would be genuine and thorough. I was unaware of the chess match that a real estate transaction can be and Charles was diligent and intuitive with every move! He knew when to stand firm and when to acquiesce, never jeopardizing our position in the deal and eventually getting us full asking price for our property! He combines decades of experience with New York business savvy as well as all the social graces necessary to keep things running super smooth! My wife and I consider ourselves EXTREMELY lucky to have found Charles as we move forward with the sale of additional properties.
