Shane actually really did do above and beyond helping me in my finding that really suited my needs for myself as well as Son. He’s also extremely knowledgeable about the homes that we looked at and listen to everything that I was looking for for a place for my son. He always made sure to keep in contact and let us know what needed to be done. All in all, I’m very impressed and I’d recommend him to anybody .

I was looking to purchase a property in Pennsylvania while I was still living in Florida. Shane made the entire difficult process as seamless as possible. He personally viewed and toured every house I was interested in and sent me detailed videos he took of the homes being that I was across the country and couldn't view them myself. He was very honest about potential issues with the homes and gave great advice on whether or not to make an offer. He helped me negotiate on a home I really wanted in which there were multiple bids placed. I ended up getting the house I wanted thanks to his help and advice. After my bid was accepted he still drove out there on multiple occasions in the snow to make sure the power was on and to check on the furnace, appliances, water pipes etc..
