My wife and I were interested in a cabin about 3 hours from our primary residence so it was difficult to navigate that distance for certain things during the buying process. Shane was very helpful in driving to the property several times to help us out and put us in touch with all the right people in that area for inspections, septic, water, etc. Shane was helpful through the whole process and even offered to facetime us to do the final walk through to save us the drive.
