Shame knew what I was looking for and what I could afford and he was very prompt and he would go over everything check everything out I had any doubts or questions he took care of it right away. Any type of renovating before the closing he was on it every day . He was accurate always on time to look at homes I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Shane is very hardworking and dedicated and a very respectable young man. I recommend him highly to anyone felt like family. We are new to NEPA and PA in general. He was willing to meet us on a weekend when we came from NC to visit PA and show us houses. He saw some of our tastes and was very knowledgeable about the area. We moved to an apartment in Honesdale and loved the easy going life, and continued our search. He showed us one house and we liked it but didn't love it. After the showing he saw what we were looking for and ABSOLUTELY CRUSHED IT with the next house. One month later we closed on our dream home and property. Shane was professional, prompt, and very flexible with my schedule. After looking at multiple places and talking through how it would fit for me, we finally found a gem. Any question I had he gave me an honest opinion and straight answer. He was quick to respond to my texts and calls and works all day every day. The relationship he had with my lender was beyond the best experience I have had buying a house. And I am sure I wasnt easy with what i was looking for but he made it easy. Shane takes pride in his work and it shows throughout the process, even through his peers. Another realitor reached out to him to see if he had any clients looking and gave him a lead on my house. That alone will tell you how he carries himself with professionalism and care for his profession. I couldn't have asked for anything better.
