We met Azure at an open house and knew we would love to have her as our realtor. She knew we wanted vintage home and where to look. When it came time to inspections and other estimates, she knew who to contact, and who had expertise in older homes. Of course there were some bumps in the road, but both Azure and Ashley were able to calm our fears, and now we have the vintage home we were wanting. We are currently in the selling process using Azure and Ashley and we could not be happier with them and how they have helped guide us through this experience. They were with us in the highest of highs and lowest of lows and we made it!

Azure was fantastic to work with! She helped us through every step of this transaction. She provided detailed breakdowns of different buying scenarios so we could see which ones made the most sense for us. She had extensive knowledge about contracts and provided guidance on best approaches for submitting our offer and requests. She went above and beyond and even facilitated painting/repairs that were included in the contract. She was available on our schedule.
