Andrea is the best. I know there are so many agents out there. However, one must speak with numerous people within their company to get done the things a seller needs. Andrea was a dream to work with throughout the entire process. My husband and I moved from Cincinnati Ohio and Andrea was able to work with us remotely to provide several houses for us to choose from. We had some issues with our builder but Andrea was able to help us resolve the situation quickly and easily and find a home of our dreams! I cannot recommend her enough as a realtor. Andrea was very responsive, analytical, and driven to help us find and close the right property for me. I was probably an unusual client because I was selling an occupied investment property, but we started getting offers the day after it listed and we had a contract within the first couple of days. The appraiser required a new roof and miscellaneous repairs so Lisa was able to coordinate with a huge network of people to accomplish all the repairs. Through a few extensions and working with the property management company, buyer and me to keep everything coordinated with lenders, title companies, insurance companies, handymen and inspectors, she was completely on top of every detail. I really appreciate her persistence and acumen and would recommend her to anyone.
