Azure was fantastic to work with! She helped us through every step of this transaction. She provided detailed breakdowns of different buying scenarios so we could see which ones made the most sense for us. She had extensive knowledge about contracts and provided guidance on best approaches for submitting our offer and requests. She went above and beyond and even facilitated painting/repairs that were included in the contract. She was available on our schedule. With two small kids and two full time jobs, weekends and post bedtime calls were a must! She made it happen! I’m never moving again because Azure found us the perfect house, but if I did I would call Azure! The best of the best!

This was our third transaction with Azure and the team, and our second time a sale took place before the house even went on the market (for which I am grateful and also recommend when possible). She was extremely thoughtful when it came to accessing the house and very honest about what upgrades were needed (and had recommendations for tradespeople when we didn't have one). She also had a comforting way of encouraging questions and taking things in stride, even when the time pressure of moving got to me a couple times (not caused by her, for the record). On a personal level, I am grateful for the photographs and drone footage taken of the property, and enjoy the social media posts - and have seen how these impact and improve sales. We have recommended her to friends and will use her for any future real estate purchases.

That confidence and expertise ultimately helped us find the perfect home for our family. Azure knew when and how to approach the other agent, negotiated incredibly well on our behalf and pushed for necessary repairs even when there was initial resistance from the seller. Sellers also had an expedited closing, so timing was critical. Azure and her team was incredibly responsive and proactive, staying on top of every detail and working closely with the other agent to keep the process moving forward. What really sets Azure apart is her ability to understand what her clients want, recognize opportunities others might overlook, and negotiate to make those opportunities possible. We always felt like she was firmly in our corner, and we couldn’t be happier with the home she helped us get.
