I can't recommend Pauling Homes enough. My husband and I were in the hunt for a new home this spring and were fortunate to work with Robin. Being first time homebuyers, we had endless questions about the process. Robin was right there every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable with the process. If she didn't have the answers to our questions, she did her research to ensure we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. Being a very competitive market, it was important that we saw homes immediately after they went on the market. Robin always made herself available and if for some reason she had a conflict, there was always someone else that was able to show us a particular home. We never felt pressure to buy and really felt like Robin was there to make sure we found a home that was the perfect fit for our family. After we closed, we had some issues arise that required immediate attention. Robin helped us negotiate with the seller to address these issues and again was there to make sure we were completely happy with our purchase. We can't recommend Robin and Pauling Homes enough!
