I was looking to purchase my first home from late 2015 to early 2016 and Matthew was instrumental in finding the perfect home for me. I gave him a list of towns I wanted to live in as well as what I wanted in a home and Matt went fast to work in finding the best fit. Matthew was always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the homes we looked at. After only a short period of time, along with a shoestring budget and picky taste, Matthew was able to find the perfect first home for me. In early 2016 I had finally closed on my first home. Choosing a real estate agent is most certainly not as easy as it sounds. Finding someone who genuinely cares about what you are looking for when purchasing a home was a process until we met Matt. Matt took the time to get to know my boyfriend and I, and took note to things we liked about houses we saw. We never felt rushed into purchasing anything and never felt like we were wasting his time because we saw houses we decided looked/sounded better online. Matt was understanding to the fact that we were highly considering a fixer upper and were not looking to spend a lot of money. Ultimately we ending up prchasing a move-in-ready home with room for us to do renovations when we were ready. Because of Matt’s patience, understanding and attention to his clients we found the perfect started home. The all 5 dogs have a beautiful acre of property to run around in, I have my perfect kitchen, my boyfriend has room to build his man cave.
