Outstanding experience! If you are lucky enough to find Debbie and her team you will be in excellent hands. Her knowledge and professionalism is vast and her experience really shows. She marketed our home and secured a great deal for us. She not only informed my of my role but went above and beyond doing things for us that she did not have to do! Selling your home can be stressful but Debbie and her team took such great care of us. I am recommending Debbie to all my friends and family. Although I have purchased a home before I was selling a home for my parents. Naturally I had questions. Whenever I had a question or a concern I could reach out to Debbie and I would get a call or text back right away with a direct answer. She must have an assistant at her side 24 hours a day! We were lucky enough to have seen Debbie's hard work pay off for many of our friends and family and knew she would be the perfect person to help my wife and I obtain our dream home. First, she broadened our horizons by showing us various home styles and the intricacies of each, both positive and negative. We learned so much in those first three weeks. We then visited various locations after explaining the type of town we were looking for and slowly but surely we were narrowing down the areas that we wanted to live. We were fortunate enough that we had no real time frame to be in a house, so we searched high and low for about a year before we were going to "go on a break from looking" because our wedding and honeymoon were only a week away. And what do you know, that next Monday a home came out that was the style we wanted, in the location we wanted. Within minutes Debbie had scheduled us to be the first ones in to see the home. After our walk-through and realization that this one was "The One", Debbie had our contract drawn up and e-signed within 2 hours. Four hours after that, the homeowner accepted our offer. We went from holding off, AFTER A YEAR OF LOOKING (because I was so picky - and Debbie never gave up on me), to having an offer accepted within 24 hours. A couple days after that she had all the paperwork she needed to get moving on the mortgage and even saved us money on programs we were not aware of. By the time our wedding day came, everyone was so surprised how calm we were, considering there was so much going on and it wouldn't have been possible without the professionalism of Debbie and her team. Once we got back from our honeymoon it was time to close and before we knew it... we were in our new home. So thank you Debbie and team for making our Summer 2018 the most memorable one of our lives!

I was looking to purchase my first home from late 2015 to early 2016 and Matthew was instrumental in finding the perfect home for me. Choosing a real estate agent is most certainly not as easy as it sounds. Finding someone who genuinely cares about what you are looking for when purchasing a home was a process until we met Matt. Matt took the time to get to know my boyfriend and I, and took note to things we liked about houses we saw. We never felt rushed into purchasing anything and never felt like we were wasting his time because we saw houses we decided looked/sounded better online. Matt was understanding to the fact that we were highly considering a fixer upper and were not looking to spend a lot of money. Ultimately we ending up prchasing a move-in-ready home with room for us to do renovations when we were ready. Because of Matt’s patience, understanding and attention to his clients we found the perfect started home. The all 5 dogs have a beautiful acre of property to run around in, I have my perfect kitchen, my boyfriend has room to build his man cave.
