I do not recommend. Eventhough Tiffany comes off pleasant. Agent was not knowledgeable and did not have my best interest as her client(buyer). Tiffany's best interest was for the seller. If you are trying to sell your home, she may be a great fit. First red flag was suggesting I over bid high to get the house instead of trying to negotiate first. I was later informed this is not the market for bidding 2025. Fast foward, after paying my earnest money, Tiffany told me that I would lose my earnest money if me and the seller not coming to an agreement. After feeling forced to go through with the process. I was told I did not get approved for an FHA loan until I had somethings taken care of. When I asked about my earnest money. being refunded, Tiffany said that my earnest money protection ended a week ago. She never explained or ensured that I understood all the small print and terms. Example, I had no idea that I would have to buy appliances such as stove and REFRIGERATOR for the house until after moving in. She did apologized for that. There were also other request and information that she did not include in the documents. She is not very knowledgeable and is NOT the best person to use if buying a house or if you have very little knowledge of purchasing a home and the housing market. Emailed for COS - Reg 07/18/2025
