He was there for every question I had. Better yet, he had all the answers. Brandon is not your typical agent. He understands the area as well as market conditions. He can be hands off, or hands on, whichever you prefer. When it comes down to negotiating, you'll be glad he's on your side, and not the other. Because of that, I used Brandon to purchase a second home. He also helped me find a renter for an investment property. I have zero complaints. Use Brandon and I'm confident you won't either.
