She showed us such nice houses in all the areas but she took us to an area we had not considered and it turned out to be the area we loved best and bought a house, that we also love. We would certainly recommend Jennifer and her team to anyone we meet who are looking for a new home in the areas she works. She knows all of the history of the areas and can get you there to show you all the homes for your viewing to make a good decision in the final choice for a new home. She certainly makes you feel so important to her and as a friend she is helping. She and her team are always available for questions. You can not go wrong with Jennifer Daniel Milligan or the Daniel Team. They are all professional, available, courteous, hardworking, honest and trustworthy. Jennifer and her team made you feel as if you were the only client they had which is far from the truth. Jennifer must work 24 hours a day, seven days a week to keep everything going like clockwork. This is the busiest market North Texas has seen and I know Jennifer was constantly out showing houses, selling houses, going to closing a, staging and marketing houses but yet was still available when I called. She was patient, caring and calming. She went the extra mile for everything concerning my home from listing to staging to marketing to negotiations to closing. She earned her commission instead of just listing my house and then walking away. She was always in contact and giving me feedback on showings. All if this to say it was very time consuming on just my home and she had many more listings than mine not to mention many people she was showing homes to.
