She's pleasant but doesn't blow smoke either - if want $300k for your house but she knows you're only going to get $250k, she's going to let you know it. She understands current marketing mediums that ensures your home reaches, not only the most but also the right people. She is also supported by an amazing team! Her "stager" came into my home, gave tips on decluttering, decorating and rearranging furniture to maximize space and provide a certain "flow". Photographer, top notch! Bright pictures with correct angles that captured all your home had to offer. All in all, very impressed with Jennifer and her team - she said my house would sell in "no time".....twenty-two showings on the first day, with multiple offers!!!
