We handed Robert a very tricky situation and he navigated it with expertise. Nothing about our home purchase was typical; I live out of state, the seller did not use a seller's agent, the home had existing tenants in it, and the home was off market. Through all of the challenges, Robert was there to answer questions and provide guidance. He acted calmly and thoughtfully while negotiating with the seller and was able to get all of our post inspection requests fulfilled. As our closing date approached he was available for texts and calls on evenings and weekends. I highly recommend working with Robert, he is honest and attentive at every turn.

Bev is a superb realtor in every aspect. We are an overseas couple who did not know much about the process of selling a house in the USA. Bev communicated superbly throughout and guided us through every strep of the way. Nothing was too much trouble and she even helped us get an HOA notification removed , and even an Oil stain removed from the drive ! The partners she recommended ( title company etc) where excellent and the whole process was seamless. Ohh and let’s not forget , she got us a great price for the house and had it sold and closed within 4 weeks!
