I just happened to find Kara when I purchased my home. Boy was I lucky. From our initial meeting she was professional, confident, knowledgeable and friendly. Kara was so very kind & helpful from the moment we spoke about selling the house & even after it was sold. She was in on every decision about getting the house ready for inspection & showings. She’s knowledgeable about what the “hot” style in interior is, she even went & picked out the carpet, because I was too busy with work! She answered every question I had. She educated me every step of the process, gave me unbiased information and allowed me to make decisions. On the flip side of that. If I asked her personal opinion or for advice , she was forthcoming with an impartial answer to guide me in a good direction!! I felt very supported & loved working with Kara.
