Kara was incredible in handling such a large purchase. With the property including 5 separate homes, and countless outbuildings, there was a long list of things to keep up with. She kept us organized, on timeline, and most importantly made sure we were just as thorough in negotiations and inspections as buying a single home. Her negotiation skills allowed us to maximize our budget, and feel good about where our numbers ended up. Cannot say enough great things about her customer service.

Buying and selling a home can be extremely stressful, but Kara makes the whole process come together with contagious patience, optimism, and grace. We sold our home in about a week with Kara, which was amazing as we all know having an open house is hard, especially with kids and pets. We hit a few snags with the purchase of our new home, but Kara walked with us the whole way communicating with us the whole time. The closing process was smooth and Kara was there with us overseeing it all. 2 days after we moved in our new home the heater went out (in the middle of winter on the coldest days we had seen this winter). Kara was still working for us, contacting HVAC companies, the home warranty company, and doing all she could to ease our stress. Kara is one of a kind, I highly recommend her for any real estate needs. She is so easy to work with and understands what her clients are going through in a home buying and selling process. I can’t imagine going through this process with anyone else, she’s the BEST.
