The best experience! Kara went well above and beyond my expectations and helped me with two complicated purchases that had to happen within a specific period of time. I've bought and sold a number of properties, but this one required an agent to really help me while I was unavailable due to my military service. Finding an agent you can trust is tough. My wife and I were moving to Tulsa for work and were meeting with another realtor whom we didn't feel was listening to us or up to the task of helping us find and close on a home with a short timeline. We asked a friend, that had moved from Tulsa, who she suggested and were given Kara's contact info. From the moment we met with Kara we’ve been impressed by her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine enthusiasm to be our advocates. I’m a licensed professional in the building trades and was impressed by her aptitude to see problems in existing construction, recommend appropriate inspections, and to negotiate on our behalf and in a timely manner. I know that she had other clients, but we never felt that we were given any less attention than if we were her only client. We’ve had other realtors in the past but none as good as Kara. She has set the benchmark for us and will be our suggestion to our friends and family.
