When I was ready to buy a house I reached out to Kevin. He immediately start sending me homes to look at within my specifications. No matter what day or time we wanted to view the home it did not bother him. He was knowledgeable on the market value for purchasing a home. He was very professional and was always available to speak with. We looked at 3 house and the 3rd was it. I have recommend someone to use him. Our approval process was mind blowing (not in a good way) however Kevin was there the whole time reassuring and walking the journey with us

Kevin was always available throughout the house hunting, and we toured many homes. He showed up to tour the homes with buyer, either the same day or a day after the house goes on sale. Was able get offer acceptance because Kevin moved quickly to submit the offer right after we toured the house and willing to name an offer. Kevin is very patient and flexible and made many adjustments to home listings criteria, accordingly as needed.
