Kira absolutely made our home buying experience so easy, not to mention quick as I was in need of a move as quickly as possible ... he was always available to answer any questions either via email, text or in a phone call. Kira was a great help in my house hunt process. He communicated daily. Which most people lack now days. He was very knowledgeable, anything I didn’t understand he instantly had the answer and if it was something he wasn’t sure of he would find out and relay back to be as soon as he could. As many times as I wanted to give up during the searching process, he pushed me to continue and kept me going. I really feel like he went above and beyond for myself and my family. I couldn’t have had a better realtor. Mr. Anderson was also well dressed, and presentable upon every showing, which to me says about a person’s character. Thank you again, Mr.Anderson. I worked with Kira, since he came to a website while I enter my information. He always call you, and try to sell you a house. However his knowledge is very low, I think he has very basic knowledge. He also didn't inform you about the agreements, and nothing!!!! The only thing he wants sell the house asap! and left the table. We did closing on february, still he has many thing to solve now, he behaves he has no idea. I do not recommend to work him! If you want to loose many things on the table, and work with unexperience person Kira will be the right one. He only open the door, and that's it. Nothing he knows. I definitelly do not recommend him. If you work with some really experienced agent, you can save money, you can understand what you are signing, and you can have peace of mind. Last One: He also didnt pay attention for the agreements, and then refuse it. Mostly he talks on the phone, and never write, and it makes easy for him reject what he said to you.
