Kevin was absolutely amazing! He helped us through every aspect of the sales process and before it. Seriously, any time we had a question he responded as quickly as possible and this made our experience so much easier, especially being out of state. He never pushed us to do more than we needed to do to get our property ready to sell and gave his honest opinion if it was necessary or unnecessary to update or fix anything. This was all before we sat down and signed papers to list with him and when we did sit down he gave us his precise plan on how he would go about marketing our property. This included photos, the open house and his reasons for the pricing. Everything he said was exactly what happened, in fact we had multiple offers (like he predicted) above asking within three days of listing. We were able to cancel the open house and 3 weeks later we closed. We are very grateful and thankful that he sent us his business postcard showing his work in the area. I worked with Kira, since he came to a website while I enter my information. He always call you, and try to sell you a house. However his knowledge is very low, I think he has very basic knowledge. He also didn't inform you about the agreements, and nothing!!!! The only thing he wants sell the house asap! and left the table. We did closing on february, still he has many thing to solve now, he behaves he has no idea. I do not recommend to work him! If you want to loose many things on the table, and work with unexperience person Kira will be the right one. He only open the door, and that's it. Nothing he knows. I definitelly do not recommend him. If you work with some really experienced agent, you can save money, you can understand what you are signing, and you can have peace of mind. Last One: He also didnt pay attention for the agreements, and then refuse it. Mostly he talks on the phone, and never write, and it makes easy for him reject what he said to you.
