John is a tremendous realtor and more. His efforts, organization, updates, connections and timeliness throughout the entire buying process ensured a successful experience. Additionally, John does all the intangibles as well. He's the entire package. Moreover, I'm still in contact with him today, 3 months after the purchase. Bob did a great job guiding us through the process of finding and purchasing a new house. It's been a while since we purchased a house and things have change from the last time we made a purchase. Very helpful and knowledgeable. He has access and uses the latest tools to find a new listing. This proved to be important because quite a few of the houses we were interested in, before we hired Bob, were already in contract. I'll be using Bob for the sale of our current house.

Jeanne was patient and sought to understand what are desires were, even when we changed our mind several times. She empathized with us in our search and listened. She always stayed optimistic and in control allowing us to process home after home. As we switched from town homes to condos, back to town homes and then finally single family homes she worked hard at presenting opportunities.
