Jeanne was patient and sought to understand what are desires were, even when we changed our mind several times. She empathized with us in our search and listened. She always stayed optimistic and in control allowing us to process home after home. As we switched from town homes to condos, back to town homes and then finally single family homes she worked hard at presenting opportunities.
