Hilary is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and able to answer any questions. From our very first meeting with her, we knew we made the right choice. She came prepared with comps in the neighborhood and was on point with the price point that would get us the most money but still allow us to sell our home within the quickest timeframe. We highly recommend Hilary as a real estate agent! Selling/buying a home is stressful enough, so it’s nice to work with someone that will make the process better. She’s great at her job, as well as kind, polite, and thoughtful!

Hilary was totally on top of the ball. From the initial meeting she had with my son and I. Asked specific questions to help narrow down my search process. Sent me all the properties that specifically met my requirements. Very personal as well. Always asked how my son was doing and remembered personal things from previous conversations. Her recommendations for a lender and lawyer worked amazing too! I seriously feel as if Hilary was only there to take care of my son and I to ensure we would have our forever home. Very professional and extremely patient. My husband and I had different wants and needs and are on a tight budget. He works in construction and sees all the mistakes in homes which made it hard to agree on what we could call home. She was able troubleshoot the negatives with ideas on how to improve them. We have worked with other realtors over the last few years and they were more standoffish and not nearly as helpful. She was also very responsive and always answering texts and calls within the same day if not in 10 minutes. We are finally working on our new home in Carol Stream and could not be happier with our choice. Call her!!
