Mike a Rare Gem

Mike Martino is a rare find! I met Mike ten years ago when he helped an out of town friend buy and sell an investment property on Siesta Key. I was impressed with Mike’s attention to detail and how he went above and beyond expectations for my friend ... from start to finish. Simply put, Mike knows the marketplace and provides an incredible level of service. Since then, I have worked with Mike on several transactions. A young realtor asked me recently if I worked with a real estate agent. I mentioned Mike Martino, who he knew. He asked me what exactly Mike does that’s great. I told him that Mike is knowledgeable, honest, experienced and he exceeds expectations every time I work with him. Earlier this year, he was incredibly smart in a negotiation. Where another realtor may have gotten in the way of a sale, Mike’s insight and experience helped to close the deal. He also fought for me when a buyer’s closing agent tried to slip additional costs into the final closing documents. Mike is thorough and patient when guiding me through the sales process and takes time to explain the details … and there are numerous details that come up during the life of a transaction. He stays one step ahead so we stay on schedule. Mike also listened to my input along the way. He is available. If Mike doesn’t pick up my call, he always gets right back to me.
