This was Jairo’s first sale and I have to say, he exceeded my expectations. I told him exactly what I was looking for, and he delivered, LOWER than my capped out price. Jairo is very attentive to detail and when I told him location was key, he took that to heart and found me a neighborhood I’ve found fallen in love with. The only issue we really had was our schedules! It was 50/50 on both parts, as Jairo was working a second job more often and my schedule was unstable. But, as he has followed up with me, I can see that he has devoted much more time to his real estate career. Jairo is a great agent anyone would be lucky to work with and have on your side! 10/10 buyers would recommend! Thank you for everything Jairo!

John came highly recommended by a friend that has dealt with John in the recent past. The building sold within the time frame that John had planned with me. The handling of the sales contract went smoothly. There were issues with the buyer's attorney and broker which John handled professionally and expedited without problems, often going "above and beyond " his responsibilities to ensure the sales process proceeded in a timely manner. John has a very professional, and approachable personality. He took more than required responsibility for the entire process which made this difficult transaction as easy as possible. On the several occasions I had contact with the office staff I found them to be friendly and helpful in all matters. I have now listed a second property with John. I will be listing my personal residence with him also. I will be recommending John to my sister for the sale of her house which will be the fourth listing to John this year. I will of course recommend John to friends and family for future transactions.
