This was Jairo’s first sale and I have to say, he exceeded my expectations. I told him exactly what I was looking for, and he delivered, LOWER than my capped out price. Jairo is very attentive to detail and when I told him location was key, he took that to heart and found me a neighborhood I’ve found fallen in love with. The only issue we really had was our schedules! It was 50/50 on both parts, as Jairo was working a second job more often and my schedule was unstable. But, as he has followed up with me, I can see that he has devoted much more time to his real estate career.
