John Compobasso is very knowledgeable. He has all his t's crossed and i's dotted. Punctual, good at getting back to you, is either on the same page or two steps ahead and gets the job done. He is seasoned in his field and keeps updated as times change and is quite the character. He would take the shirt off his back for you if he can. Very satisfied with outcome of the sale of our townhome, and buying a single family house an hour away on a contingency basis. Highly recommend.

Nikolette was super patient with us!! We had to have seen about 60 houses before we decided on the one we wanted for our family. She drove everywhere with us and gave us ideas over what to do with each place to make it feel like a home. My husband and I are super busy and would send her super late texts and she would respond. Which helped A LOT!!! Than we were caught in the snow storm and she made it to our signing. She even volunteered to help out with some details. She has being nothing but amazing!!

Nikolette Latzke is someone I can't thank enough for her help in finding our first home. I don't think my boyfriend and I were expecting to buy a home in 2017, but we did because of her.
