Brandelyn did a great job with our place. Even with us having left the state, her and her crew worked tirelessly with little monitoring to get it sold. She consistently hosted open houses and worked fast to get things double checked with her repair crew and staging. She got us most of the documents via DocuSign for our convenience rather than having to print, scan, then email them back. We’re satisfied with the final sale price also. Brendalyn was amazing through the whole process. She kept me informed on everything that was going on and everything that was requiring my attention. She bent over backwards for me to get this house. This woman is an excellent realtor, and I have referred her to a lot of my friends back home, who are wanting to move out my way.
