As soon as I entered in contact with Gil, he offered to drive me all around Las Vegas and showed me all the potential Condo types from one end of town to the other. We spend about 4 hours looking at various condo complexes. Gil was able to answer all our questions as newcomers to the Las Vegas area. If he did not have an answer, he made sure to research and get back to us promptly. Gil provided a no-pressure environment and was very professional. We finally focused on a specific condo, Gil made some suggestions that we agreed with and as an end result, we purchased the Condo we wanted at the right price point for us. Gil helped out for the transfer of ownership with his suggested references, all went very well and within a few weeks we started moving in. I give Gil an A+ for his positive and easy going attitude, his willingness to help out personally and promptly and his knowledge of the Las Vegas regional district.
