Selecting a property remotely has significant challenges when all you really have to go on are staged photos and embellished descriptions. Gil met with us initially to determine what we were looking for, provided daily listings of only the properties that met are requirements and then made the selection experience almost like being there by performing detailed video walkthroughs of each property.
