I found Gildore team from referral of a friend and was not disappointed when we had to sell our first home here in Vegas. Gil had many years experiences and great marketing tools therefore my home had many traffic and finally sold in a timely manner for us. And now having to move back to Vegas recently we called Gil back to look for a home here in Vegas. Being the timing of this crazy market it is very frustrating to find a home but Gildore team earn our trust, Gil was very patient and understanding and never push and keep consistent communication line with us. It took awhile under the circumstances but when we found a home recently Gil took his expertise right to work and was able to negotiate on our behalf and we was able to get the contract sign for the home.
