There was no rush with Joey. I explained to him where I was financially, and what I wanted to accomplish before attempting to purchase a home and there was never any pressure. He waited more than 4 months for me to pay off the debts I wanted to pay and when I was ready to make an offer, he worked his butt off for me to make it happen. He even helped me surprise my Nieces with the news by pretending that when we were doing the final walk through, we were just "looking" at a house we were considering. Once they told me how much they liked the house, I told them that we had actually already bought it. He gave my family and I a lovely gift basket when we met up to get the keys from him and it really helped us solidify that this really happened, that we were really homeowners. I worked very hard for more than 10 years to turn things around in my life to be able to buy a home. Joey made it a great experience.
