I hired Melissa Millmier after meeting her through a friend. She impressed me in the first five minutes of meeting her. Melissa gave me great advice and many suggestions that were spot on! She has incredibly accurate knowledge of the Real Estate business and is very helpful every step of the way. The hardest working realtor in the area. She was there for us 24/7 and always eager to go and look at any property, even if we found one outside of the portal she had set up for us. We would find a home and she would come back with two others in the area for us to check out, just to help us figure out what we liked and didn't like. She is fantastic at her job and an even better person, always smiling and happy to be helping you with such a large step in your life.

Melissa was outstanding in every way during the sale of my home. She has great knowledge of the entire area and especially (Green) where the home was located. She kept me apprised of the changing market conditions while we prepared the property prior to listing. She always responded immediately via text, email and phone to any questions or concerns and was available anytime for comprehensive, detailed conversations on the phone when necessary. Her recommendations were always spot on and helped maximize the value of the home while keeping our expenses in check. Melissa is a strong negotiator with fantastic communication skills.
