I hired Melissa Millmier after meeting her through a friend. She impressed me in the first five minutes of meeting her. Melissa gave me great advice and many suggestions that were spot on! She has incredibly accurate knowledge of the Real Estate business and is very helpful every step of the way. Melissa walked me through every part of the process of getting my home of 28 years on the market. Especially when it was a bit emotional. The hardest working realtor in the area. She was there for us 24/7 and always eager to go and look at any property, even if we found one outside of the portal she had set up for us. We would find a home and she would come back with two others in the area for us to check out, just to help us figure out what we liked and didn't like. She is fantastic at her job and an even better person, always smiling and happy to be helping you with such a large step in your life.

Melissa was outstanding in every way during the sale of my home. She has great knowledge of the entire area and especially (Green) where the home was located. She kept me apprised of the changing market conditions while we prepared the property prior to listing. She always responded immediately via text, email and phone to any questions or concerns and was available anytime for comprehensive, detailed conversations on the phone when necessary. Her recommendations were always spot on and helped maximize the value of the home while keeping our expenses in check. Melissa is a strong negotiator with fantastic communication skills. She was always friendly, helpful and patient throughout the entire process. I couldn't have asked for a better representative and am very thankful for her great attitude, experience and expertise. Working with Anthony Glasser was so easy and fun. He was always ready to show us houses whenever we ask. Even twice if need. After the first few houses I picked he was better at knowing what I wanted than I was. Clearly he took the time to listen to what I liked and didn't like in each house he showed us. He was able to find the perfect house that met both my needs/wants and my husbands. We both love our new house thanks to Anthony! He was quick to answer questions and walk us through every step of the way of buying a new house. I hope this is the last house we buy but if we ever sell/buy again Anthony will be who we turn to.
